What is the Domestic Shipping time frame?
Each bundle is sourced and prepared specifically for you to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 10–21 business days for delivery.

Do we offer International Shipping?
Yes, however, shipping fees can not be added until pricing is confirmed by shipping company.
Do we offer wholesale hair packages?
Yes. The wholesale minimum order is 20 bundles. (Must contact company via email for wholesale orders).
What shampoo and conditioner do you recommend?
We recommend the same moisturizing shampoo that works well on your own hair. However, we offer a Bundle Maintenence Package that includes (shampoo, conditioner, argan oil, and a wig brush). Please be sure to deep condition the hair frequently to deposit moisture into the hair.
Do you have a store location where purchases can be made?

What is our Return/Exchange policy?
All Royal Hair Extensions Co. products are carefully inspected before shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Royal Extensions will gladly EXCHANGE your product within 7 days of purchase for another product of equal or greater value. All hair exchanges must be in original and resalable condition, and accompanied by its original purchase receipt. All exchanges have to be shipped back at the customers expense. If the product is returned unused, and has not been removed from the package, we will then ship new item at our expense. In the rare occurrence of a product defect, we have the right to handle the situation to our discretion.
What do you recommend for the curly hair texture?
Spray curly textures with water and brush the hair often to detangle. Sleeping with large braids in the hair is a great way to protect the hair from tangles. Curly textures can be pressed straight, however, we only recommend purchasing the curly textures if you will be wearing them in their natural curly state.
What is the quality of the hair?
Royal Hair Extensions is 100% virgin hair. It is not blended with synthetic fibers. It is odorless, tangle free, shampoo and color safe and does not stick to flat irons or curlers.
